Samsung will acquire Simpress, which is Brazil's largest printing service company, according to ZDNet Korea.
ZDNet Korea reported the story Friday. The acquisition, which is likely to be less than $100 million, will be announced Monday.
For Samsung, the acquisition of Simpress will fill in a few B2B gaps for expansion into Latin America. Samsung is looking for an efficient way to sell its stack---PCs, printers, screens, tablets and smartphones---into the enterprise.
