Electronic student Management System (eStudent) is necessary software as it serves as a primary tool for the management of student data in higher institutions and universities. The Student Management System is a centralized student-level data collection system that allows the Department to collect and analyze more accurate and comprehensive information. Student Management systems provide capabilities for entering student records, tracking student attendance, and managing many other student-related data needs in higher institutions or university.

Current System:

In the current system all the activities are done manually which is a time consuming process and expensive due to the over dependence of paper work and a local computer. Our eStudent Management System deals with the various activities related to the students in the university environment and consist of 4 modules which can be further amplified upon request.

The Software has been designed to be used in a multi user environment and has an administrator and a student account, permitting the students access via either a web, phone or tablet interface browser.

The administrator has unrestricted access in adding, editing or deleting a user. Users are students, lectures and other administrators of the system. The student can edit or delete his profile. The administrator can as well add, edit and delete scores from tests or exams for a student and the students can see the scores when they login to their individual accounts.
